The Northwest-inspired design of the Ocean Alexander 510 Pilothouse, from naval architect Ed Monk, Jr., is solid and seafriendly with a sensible yet elegant interior layout. With cruising speeds of up to 20 knots, this is no ordinary modified semidisplacement. Carrying 700 gallons of fuel, the choice is long range cruising at a leisurely pace or spirited performance at speed. No-nonsense cruising features include a spacious flybridge, with forward and aft access below, a generous cockpit, walk-around side decks, and a hinged radar arch. The large salon and galley invite relaxation or entertaining. The pilothouse combines a complete helm station with a comfortable settee and table for casual dining or lounging. Below, Three staterooms with tow queen berths and private heads with showers. The third bunk-room has two twin-berths.
