This Cape Dory 31 was a dealer stock boat for its first year, then sold to the current owner who has had and enjoyed her since (so really a one-owner boat). She has been extremely well-maintained. All of her cushions and mattresses have been recovered and the interior is kept almost brand new. The Cape Dory 31 is regarded as a very capable yet easily sailed boat. Additions such as the autopilot, forced air heater, propane stove, and ample water supply make her a great cruiser.
