YACHT DESCRIPTION

Introducing Pericus, a distinguished Little Harbor sailing yacht that seamlessly blends classic elegance with unparalleled performance. Designed by the renowned Ted Hood, this Little Harbor is celebrated for its timeless aesthetics and exceptional craftsmanship.

The cockpit comfortably accommodates six guests around a drop-leaf table, offering excellent visibility and an inviting space for dining, hosting or relaxing. For cooler evenings or inclement weather, the area can be enclosed with eisenglass, while a sturdy bimini provides ample protection from the sun. Access to the main salon is seamlessly integrated forward of the cockpit, protected by a custom dodger.

When you step into the expansive salon, you will find an L-shaped settee to port and versatile seating arrangements create an inviting conversation area. The teak interior, crafted with superb joinery, is highly finished, reflecting Little Harbor’s commitment to quality. Numerous hatches and ports infuse the space with abundant natural light and ventilation, enhancing the onboard living experience.

The well-appointed galley is equipped with a gimbaled stainless steel Force 10 stove featuring four burners, an oven, and a broiler. A Litton microwave and stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water, along with separate refrigerator and freezer compartments with Adler-Barbour holding plates and Ample Corian-covered counter space.

The owner’s aft stateroom features an enlarged double berth to starboard, generous hanging lockers, and abundant drawer storage. A private head is situated aft to port, with a separate shower room to starboard. An aft companionway leads to a secluded cockpit, offering a private retreat for sunbathing or enjoying fresh air in a sheltered environment.

Three guest staterooms forward of the salon, each with a private head, provide comfortable accommodations for family and friends. The thoughtful layout ensures privacy and convenience for all onboard.

With a teak interior, superb joinery, and a bright, airy ambiance, Pericus embodies the quintessential Little Harbor yacht experience. Fully air-conditioned with five Marine Air digital control reverse cycle units, she ensures comfort in any climate.

Don’t miss the opportunity to own one of the finest Little Harbors available and embark on your newest adventure.
